I think they will just spread the problem elsewhere and will forever be chasing the travellers around the country and off land where they illegally set up camp.

I think they should execute all the dirty thieving pikey low lifes and do the rest of society a favour. Unfortunately what is more likely to happen is like you say they will just move to other places.

As pointless as these eviction's are tho I do fully agree with them as hopefully it will be a message to them that if they do set up illegal sites, they will be bulldozed to the ground.

What really boils my piss is all these liberal loving 'celebrities' trying to fight their cause in courts and make them out to be persecuted victims of an oppressive government... I wonder if they would still feel the same if this camp had been set up on land at the back of their country mansions

We had problems with some here last month, about 10 caravans setup camp at the factories and before we knew it they were in town causing havok. Once they went into a restaurant/bar and had a pretty expensive meal and just got up and ran out

Police tried to get them to move but tbh that was just a waste of time and money...

Eventually some of the youths decided to burn a few of their caravans which made them move, but not far.. 2 miles down the road they were all at the old mining A-frame causing more grief in that town..

What is this all about? Came downstairs this morning and the news was on with shit about Dale Farm or whatever... Is it just skanky gypsies getting evicted from their so called `homes'?

Some pikeys bought some land, they then turned this into a massive pikey site without permission, official's have spent the last ten years trying to evict them and today is the day.

some of the pikeys don't want to leave and are vowing to fight to the end, and the site is now occupied by these pikeys and activists who seemingly just want to kick off with the police.

Tbh i'm a bit pissed off that this isn't being covered live on either sky or BBC news as its could make for some interesting viewing, but all that's on both is that cock nick clegg

They ain't an ethnic grouped tho Steve they are just people that choose to live in caravans, this doesn't transform them in to a different ethnic group than if they had come over here a chose to live in a house. It made me laugh yesterday when on the news they were shouting "racists" at the bailiff's

Also I agree that there are good and bad ones just like any other grouped of people. The difference being that in most other types of ethnic group (if you want to compare pikeys to racial groups) is that in every other case bar the French the number of good ones far outweighs the number of bad ones, in the case of pikeys the bad far outweigh the good. It's just the way they are raised.
