As per title really, need to replace mine. Any experiences, especially from those who have used more than one type greatly appreciated.

Will be using with ARB blocks.

I used Superpro on my MK3 with G-lader blocks and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to spend the cash on a subframe conversion! Made a noticeable difference, piece of piss to fit as well!

I'm using strongflex poly bushes from ebay yellow colour from poland on the inner tca end and I'm using g lader nylon bushes for the outer tca part.

Inner being chassis mount end and outer being ball joint and arb end.

I'm also using strongflex ones,there stiffer then powerflex ones :) and dead cheap

i have powerflex bushes for the inner and outer tca bushes in the polo and super pro bushes in the lower wishbones of the beemer and they are both very very good :)

The powerflex outers are good, you don't want them too hard on our roads, but don't get their inners because they're one-piece with an unusual tapered cotton reel design, and don't take well to the TCA being pulled forward by the ARB blocks.

My ARB blocks pull the ARB even further forward than the G-laderseite ones admittedly, but the Powerflex inners i've used popped out a few times before they eventually settled/memoried enough to hold with the constant side load enforced by the repositioning of the ARB.

i have powerflex in the arb and outer tca there ok but prone to breaking easy if enough stress is put on them

anyone got a link for the strongflex ones?

just search on ebay polo bush i think and they will come up mate
