anyone know if u can use new keepers slip online taxing? i dont mind if it goes to the other persons house hes only round corner lol , where you find doc ref? as i have 2 different ones on this v5

Been told you need to do it in person with that slip as it only sends to the address on the V5.

yeah if u tax it on internet it sends to the adress on v5, but u can always do that and then just collect it from their house. in post office to tax it you need logbook, mot cert and proof of insurance iirc. i was in the same situ on monday, couldnt wait that long for insurance docs so i did it online, so it is taxed just haven't got the disk yet as my mate i bought it off is away till today! your allowed to drive it while its in the post though apparenty

Be careful though, as you can be done for failing to display a tax disc, even if it is taxed.
