hello! after much lurking and browsing i thought it was about time i posted my progress!

Iv always loved my little cars but this one seems to be giving me smiles on smiles! It's been a bit of a change my previous car was a mk5 gti! Best car i have ever owned but i just couldn't afford to keep the monster :( gutted to see it leave!

i had a browse and loved my polo's had a 9n before:

but always loved a 6n2. given i needed cheap and cheerful i found a little gem 50k on the clock 1.4 match!!! great condition though it did have a little bit of a noise.

This is now sounding like a eurofighter taking off. flying and landing hahah. Classic gearbox!!! so hence the title

I don't have any standard pictures as everyone knows what a 1.4 polo looks like.

First up rimmmmms found these dirt cheap!

ATS 70515 not seen many about so they were bought. and lick of paint to black. monster tyres added as was out of money and hey pressttooooo!

set of coilovers were waiting so on they went

gotta love the widow maker to get the jack out

picked up a brilliant condition dirt cheap gti interior. so nice to be able to adjust the seat height hahhaha

and job done!

end of month rolling arches and its down some more!!! :)

and hopefully smaller tyres haha

Looks nice mate, GTi red trim and badge would look sick on it. Take advantage of that if you have a GTi..

What wheels are they mate?

Ats 70515's they came black. I'm gunna try nitro morsin them see if the diamond cut finish is still lurking under. Will call it winter protection for the time being ha. But will have to wait as need more lows! cant believe how thick the lip on the arch is!
