Then bought mk2 golf banded wheels:

Then came across some 15 inch deep dishes but looked too high and like a truck:

Then came across some weller wheels but were too wide and pokey:

UPDATE: 60/50 TA Technix, gona raise the back to 40mm not liking the scrapping of exhaust, rsl cults 7j 8j, 310mm momo steering, smoked repeaters, aftermarket air filter, g40 rear lights, number plate surround, exhaust trim, new stainless steel chrome inserts on door handles.. 3 or 4 more tiny jobs need doing..

thats the rarety and originality of the car, i personally like them so they are staying

This car came from worcester at some point didnt it? If so i remember driving past where it was parked quite regularly. I remember the dented wing and the stickers. Saw it for sale and thought about buying it, but it dissapeared. Looking good now though :-) .
