i wont send anything back until an agreement has been made on the dispute so i suggest you kiss and make up with him to get it dealt with (or can you not becuase you ripped him off too?) . if no agreement is made on there i will escalate the dispute to investigation. he will have to pay and I'm sure he'll be in touch with you soon after to get his money back.

you / we need to agree to a resolution on the paypal dispute incase it needs to be put to paypal for them to deal with it on my behalf.
