not with those tyres on they wont need thinner slightly lower profile tyres on. i run 175/60/14 and still rub over bumps or fully loaded. But they look really good tbh fill arches nicely without giving it an obvious 4x4 ride height lol.

they sit flush with the arch at the front and slightly tucked at rear

I'm only putting a 40/60 lowering kit on with standard shocks mate, Still think they will scrub or ?

they will scrub. 165/55, 165/60, 175/50, 185/50 or 195/45s are you best bet. all bar the 195s will deffo clear the arches. the 195s might occasionally scrub

they will scrub and look baaaaaad! my mate had these in black on his coupe with 185/60/14 tyres they were comical, i'll just find some pics in a sec

this was before he lowered it 70/50 which they then scrubbed on the front permanently so he took them off:

good luck lowering to with even bigger tyres on, you can get these 175/50/14 tyres which are pretty cheap at £39 each

i have these wheels aswell and was wonderin if they will go on my 94 breadvan lowered 80/60 ok???

The wheels themselves will definitely fit as proved by the picture above, and I have them on my MK3. But as also been said, it's all down to tyres. I'm running 195/45 and I'm down 60/40, the rears scrub very occasionally when you go down sudden 'dips' in the road, and if there is any wait in the back.

Get the right profile tyre and IMO they look really nice :)

Because its only lowered 40/60 what would look best lowered, 14/15's and what size tyre as stupid as it sounds i dont want to get a pair of wheels/tyres that are gonna be to big, Or to small and loads of room in the arces

I ran 175/50s on my old set and they were fine
