Removing Speedo surrounds in a 6n2

I want to spray the grey speedo surrounds in my 6n2 as i have seen it done and looks really nice, had a little look but didnt really know how to take them out, didnt want to start pulling them and snapping them off! They have allen key bolts all the way round but i think there for show as they dont undo...

Any help will be great! :D
