Thanks mate, yes i will be putting a golf elbow on with my K&N. But atm iv got the pancake on because i got a mk3 golf elbow from the scrappy and its totaly wrong. :(

Does any one know what one i need? 16v mk4 polo ones fit dont they or what one off a golf?

Thanks! The lights are OEM ones. But i have wet flatted the small letters and marks out, then masked them up and sprayed them with red tinting spray! I will get some pictures up of them at some point.

Back home!!:) After having to load it on an open trailer, the drenched journey back home and the unloading it all in possibly the heaviest rain all year!!:(

Fun times! So after drying it all out i got started on it...

Got it all flat and polished. Got a thew bits on, like the rear end so it was a bit more water tite!

Also painted the seat runners and put new insolation wool in the foot wells (ripped the roof insolation out of my mk1 golf to use!).

Black under sealing the arches.

Sand blasted and sprayed a load of bits.

Engine stripped to bare metal and sprayed with matt black HTP. Other bits spayed in satin black.

Building up the front end and wrapping the loom.

^ Got bored of postal people and charity people that came down my road saying "you've done all that and its just a 1L" (it's a 1.3 btw :) haha) so i stuck that bit of tape on it to shut them up!
