Yeah boi, i have that same jack. Best bit of kit iv bought other than my snap-on impact gun. Weighs a tonne and a half mind!

I thought i'd never find a car i couldn't get it under.. until i stuck my mk1 golf on 13's! Haha!

Paint looks sweet fella

Hahaha! it was my work mates! But got the one strait after that weekend. It just about slides under the side upfront! :)

Cracking stuff... Whats the plan with the rear bumper?

Not a fan of splitters on polo's personally...

Camber on rear looks to work well quite often looks a bit odd on mk3's!

Yes! This really is an awesome car! cleanest polo out.

Keep that bumper off :)

hi, what did u use on the rear bumper, filler and fibre glass? did u use sandpaper to smooth it off? if yes, what grade? and how easy was it? Cheers :-)

Yep loads of fibre glass and filler. P40 the fibre glass and P80 the filler!

DO NOT SAND ALL OFF THE TEXTURE (it all furs up!! what a tit i am).

A good Scotch brite should do it!

Oh, the rear was easy but the front took foooorrever to get it in a nice shape!

Update on the bumpers very soon.. ;) ...infact, i was rubbing them down today!

Thanks mate, cheers! :) Yer i know, would love to chop some off the front. But the body shop i work at is down a farm road (the road is sunk were tractors and cattle lorrys drive down it, also got a speed bump, a small bridge, loads of pot holes and i live in Surrey!!!) :( Think my option is spring clamps for the shows! Yep you would be right about the bumpers.

Splitter looks wrong in this pic imo. Doesn't help having no rear bumper!
