Featured Replies

Right, i am/was part of MDC an had a thread on there, so lets give it a go on here, i've been on here a couple of months (i think) an now i'm gonna do it, gonna do it from scrath for u all to see.

Kinda bit new to this, but I'm a bit shy aswell, willing to meet new people all the time so if u wanna add me feel free, need more friends tbh :)

The car was named after the Polo mints as the girl hu means the world to me who is a very close friend thought it was a cool name, and i was going to put polo packets on the heater surround :)

I have here, my MK2F / MK3 which ever it is or 86C shall i say on a 'M' plate with just over 91k on the clock

Engine

1043cc

With i guess about 20 hp now lol

4 Speed gearbox

K&N filter on a golf 1.4 air intake

Removed exhaust heat shield cause it looks better without it. Just need some HTP paint :)

Hopefully soon i may be gettin a side exit exhaust on it, just waiting to see what money i've got 2 get 1 welded

Wheels & Brakes

Standard 13" Sport radar alloys (not got much money to buy anythin else really) but they've got golf mk4 centre caps

Brembo Discs, matt black calipers & rear drums

Interior

Interior is standard really, just got a JVC headunit, with JL audio 12" sub mounted in the boot on a fake floor, got G40 clocks in the dash an not much else really.

Thought about stripping the car out but can't bring myself to do it as it'll look silly not been lowered at all, but just haven't got the money to be spending on suspension, unless someone lovely know's of some going cheap or wants to sort it for me :D

Exterior

Alpine White

Needs new front bumper, but hopefully gettin that sorted pretty soon

The boot has just been de-wipered cuz the motor was nackered and i didn't wanna pay over a tenner for a new one, so got a butt plug for a £1

Aero wiper blades on the front

Pressed Metal Number plates

Just recently sprayed the rear bumper & two trims satin black just gotta sort the other bits out

VW & POLO badges were sprayed satin black but got lacqured aswell so they look gloss black now, they stand out really well.

Boot lock strip sprayed satin black aswell & stands out aswell.
