I've been a fan of Vdubs since i was a kid, and when i passed my test in January, straight away i bought this little gem.

Since owning it, i first made it mechanically sound..

I replaced the brake shoes on rear

Brake pads at front

Brake discs at front

Full service, including;

spark plugs

air filter

oil filter

oil

brake fluid

engine coolant

gearbox oil

Clutch

Cambelt

Fanbelt

four new tyres

and fixed the common problem of a broken window motor!!

I plan to do little mods every now and then, as i'm saving for a Lupo..

I bought it from a body shop, so luckily they gave it a respray of my choice, for FREE! So i decided on Suzuki Supreme Red

Anyway, since having it, the main things i've done are cosmetic, purely because i can't afford the insure myself with real cool stuff..

Anywho, heres the little polo so far, enjoy :)

Got some new wheels

Painted the Calipers

New lights, which didn't stay long

Then i debadged and dewipered

Also painted the wheels

tidied the engine a bit

Redid the steelies for when i need them..

Fly eye tinted, and front badge

got some dice

fitted foot well lights to swtiches

after a little polish

new exhaust

atlast, my 16v front bumper, complete with fogs, grills and splitter.

Started removing my bump strips today.. And when i had the car resprayed, the people who did it decided not to remove them, so underneath is a completely different colour!! Looks like they're staying..

Some good knews though, got my new bumper on, and getting some lows monday

looks alright mate but i use mine as a daily dont be worried about going lower you just need to be more careful and look what on the road
