Well the GT is notably lighter, the engine is lower capacity and only has 75% of the power the 6n has, so it should be the most economical. It's narrower tyres will also help.

But it's not as aerodynamic and has shorter gearing, so it'll depend how you drive and what kind of journeys you do (assuming both are stock and in good health).

I've had both and i found that the 16v was more thirsty as its more high reving.
