It should be in your boot, once you've opened the boot there should be a sticker underneath the lock that will have the paint code on it

never thought of it man plus i think this is the safest option. Re-drillin em 1st and then re-treadin em. Some effort i know but thats just me lol

I ve got these as my 3rd set and tbh am strugglin here. Tried to refurb em myself and as the outer rim is easily done, the inner part is just a nitemare coz of the structure of it. Are there any acid-alike liquids i could use to get rid of the paint and dirt 2 prepare for primerin? And i really would need sth stronger than nitromorse as i ve tried that and its shite .....

If you need your paintcode still, grab your VIN number and take it to your local VW dealership and ask them for your paintcode, provide them with your VIN and you'll get it there and then. Hope this helps :)

Truckwash should work tbh! leave them to soak in it and it should strip the paint! Failing that, take them to a powdercoaters and ask for the to acid dip your wheels :)

Rite. Is this the name of it, 'truckwash' ? And, possibly funny question, how do i shotblast em? Can i do it myself???

Gonna rent a unit soon so hopefully things will get better I just need another 2 dedicated people and as you know, its not always easy 2 find ......

Takin em 2 powdercoaters will be a last resort me thinks ..

I believe they do, the fronts certainly do but the rears are much longer than 6n's so even if they are wound all the way down it won't actually give you that much of a drop... I think it's the same for MK2 golf coilies too... hope this helps :)

No probs! You could give venom motorsports a call and ask if they would just sell you the rear one's?? They are selling a single rear one on ebay at the moment so I guess they would sell the two rear ones?
