Had a quick go at taking my 8v bumper off earlier to put my 16v on but couldn't get it off :/ I've undone the 4 bolts under the boot lid and the two bolts in the wheel arches which loosens the top part of the bumper but it seems attached undernieth to the lower bumper any help would be appreciated :)

Did you get the 10mm bolts underneath either side of the valance?? Also there is 3 or 4 bolts that run along the center of the bumper! What i did was pull the bumper outwards at one end & if like me you have skinny arm's you can get your arm down behind it & with a 10mm spanner or socket undo one nut at a time! Be patient as there a pain in the arse to undo

Done it now just takes time looking for all the bolts. Basically I didn't take undo the bar that goes across the back which holds the bottom bit on, all done now tho. Pics soon
