I think Huddersfield used to have a meet on the first Sunday of every month at 'The Old Mill' pub?

It's right near junction 25 of the M62. I don't know if that happens anymore, I'll do some investigating.

The HD VAG meet has been so quiet/dead for the last few months. There's a non VAG related club who organise meets on a sunday in the Tesco under ground car park, but they're almost unanimously rubbish.

There's a couple of us in Huddersfield itching for a half decent meet. If I organise one in Yorkshire (Leeds/Huddersfield/Bradford), who'd show their faces?

I'm from sunny Sheffield and I'd be up for a meet anywhere in Yorkshire.

I'm thinking about organising a monthly get together somewhere in Leeds after winter. If I do, it'll be aimed at any tastefully modified cars (as opposed to just VW), to try and keep the fibreglass and multispoke types out.

Figured Leeds is pretty central for everyone in this thread? Anybody got any location suggestions? I'm gonna try do it legitimately, and approach somewhere to get permission so we can make it a regular thing. A lit underground car park would be good, but the Leeds NCP is going to rule out anybody who's static and seriously low because of the ramps, and I think it's one of those automated gate systems to get in and out.

All input is welcome, someone's gotta do it right?
