VW Golf GT Tdi 110 Mk4

11 Months MOT, just passed with only 1 advisory

140,000 miles

Alloy wheels with good tyres all round

Very fuel efficent car, i get 50-55 mpg on a long run

Engine is good and pulls well

Electric windows all round and electric sunroof

Interior is in good condition, no rips or tears in the seats

Body work is good apart from rust on wheel arches and general stone chips (see pics)

Sill has been repaired at some point, doesnt affect the car however

Suspected head gasket failure, however this hasnt been tested, car still runs fine no lack of power etc

Selling due to going to university

What sort of deal were you thinking?

Might be interested in a swap deal for this, have a heavily modded Mk3 GT, but the phrase "suspected head gasket failure", with no effect on how it runs. What is making you suspect that it has failed?

The coolant tank is holding pressure and the water needs topped up quite regulary.
