i would've posted this in a member forum, but i couldn't afford another years membership (yet)

has anybody ever bought anything from carb hospital and been overcharged?

i bought a refurb kit off him and he said it'd be 39.something + VAT, and when i asked how much it'd be with the vat, he just said "well just add 20%" (quite a rude guy), and my mental maths isn't so great so i just left it at that.

anyway, checking my bank statement, seems like he's added 5 quid to the bill...

anyone had trouble with him before?

turns out the extra 5 quid off my balance was the year's membership automatically going through now that i've got money in my bank...
