The only other advantage you would get is if the top mounts on the coil overs are camber adjustable. That way you can add extra camber for extra clearance on the outside edge. Obviously if you only have 8" clearance front to back in the wheel arch then you are going to rub somewhere.

I need to set a few targets.

I'm looking for 0-60mph in under 5 seconds.

0-100mph in under 13.5 seconds and a sub 14 second 1/4 mile.

These times hopefully should be achievable with the mods I already have and would put the car on par with some modded ED30 times.

Also.....I think a sub 8 min 30 second B to G of the Nurburgring should be achievable too.

Think it would have to be the 17" BBS CS as i don't want to get rubing issues with people in my car and think the 18s will look a bit big on a polo.
