106 Quiksilver...Gti Conversion

Featured Replies

Hey People,

Right For Sale is my beloved 106 Quicksilver…

It is a 2001 X Registration Quicksilver..

I have owned the car for about a year and a half now and have loved every minute of owning it. Everything on it has either been replaced or uprated and no expense has been spared.

Anyway here is the spec list….

* 106 Quicksilver Shell is on 67,000 miles.

* 16v Engine fitted about 2000 miles ago engine is on just over 80,000

* Pugsport 2” outward rolled exhaust system

* Heat wrapped Raceland 4-2-1 Manifold

* Raceland enclosed induction kit with uprated Green Cotton Filter

* Nissens Alloy Radiator

* Griffiths Quickshift

Handling & Braking

* 15” 205 Gti Alloys refurbished in BMW sparkling graphite

* 4 x Uniroyal Rainsport 2 Tyres (195/45/15) all with loads of tread left

* Uprated EBC Drilled and Grooved discs

* Gti Rear Beam conversion (done with engine)

* Lowered on The Apex Sports Suspension Kit 65mm rear and 55mm front

Styling

Not a massive fan of over the top styling, like the car to look subtle.

* Seat Leon Cupra R Front Spliter

* 106 Gti Spoiler finished in Silver

* Sunroof Model

* De-Wipered Rear Window

* De-Aerialed, Replaced with bung

* De-Locked passenger side door

* Front badge sprayed BMW sparkling graphite

The car comes with lots of receipts, more so since I have owned the car. The car itself has full service history and is very well looked after. The engine was professionally fitted at RPL automotive who has looked after my car since owning it, I got everything done there lowering, Engine and Rear Disc conversion. I have all paper work for the conversion and it doesn’t miss a beat.

I am after £2150 ono for this car.

No tyre kickers, No timewasters and strictly no test drives without proof of insurance. However if you are serious about buying the car I will more than happily take you out for a drive in it.

Also the car is undeclared, so still in Log Book as 1.4 which means cheap to insure and cheap tax, down to new owner to change.

However I am looking for a Polo, either a 6n or 6n2 1.0L....So if anyone has one to offer will consider part exchange.
