Need to find some for my new wheels for the rocco (13x5 ET35)

175/65/13 would keep the ride height, may be ok for 5.5J but ensure on a 5 in terms of balloon ness

Been offered 145/70/13, anyone got any experience with that?

I've got no history of using 13's so am just a little stuck!
