looking to get this for my 6n

Does anyone have one and know how to wire it up?

cheers

You'll have to wire it to your central locking pump in the boot of your car.

I wrote a detailed list of what colour wires connect to what, so just search for it in the ICE section

I need one but i dont have central locking :(

Do they even do them for cars without?

stupid shitty cheap polo!

 Never curse a Polo!!!

But you can just use this

About 30 mins, but fitting the pumps aswell will take a little longer i would of thought.

And to have a boot popper, you'll need this too..

not really bothered about a popper just to have it hooked up to central locking :)

Hi guys looking a bit of help. I bought the above kit and have just wired it in. I can get the car to lock and unlock as it should on the remote. The problem is that when it unlocks the windows drop down about half way but when i lock it they go back up. I haven't connected the window wire at all, it don't mind the close feature on locking but I don't want them to drop on opening. Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop it doing this?

You have the timing set wrong, you should have it set to momentary as apposed to 3+ seconds. Check the manual, if no doubt you can't make sense of it (not bring offensive, they just don't make sense as they usually are poorly written) then post up a scan or pic of it on here.

For the window roll up, then depending on the layout then you could connect it to the lock wire as this would then be timmed on the lock cycle and hence roll them up but not down.
