Hello, I have seen many topics but i wanted to get an up to date on how insurance is now.

So basically i was wondering what are the best sites to use for young drivers?

I am 18

I've had my License like 2 weeks

I own a Mk3 coupe 1.3

Also people i could put on my insurance-

Dad - 10 Years No Claims ( Drives Merc Van 2.0 L )

Brother - 8 Years No Claims ( Drives 400BHP A3 )

Sister - 3 Years No Claims ( Drives Astra 05 Plate 1.8 tdi )

Mum - 4 Years No Claims ( Driver Yaris 09 plate )

Bump

Mum and Sister defo, providing they havnt got points etc. Having me mam and mrs on my insurance brought it down £600!

TPFT/Fully comp is always down to you mate, my car's worth scrap value all so only 3rd partied it until this year when it was same price for either!

if it's worth more than scrap value i'd fully comp it.

Another thing to watch out for is raising your excess....yes it brings the premium down but do you have £300-500 to pay out in an accident?

there's a thread somewhere on here where everyone lists their insurance details and compares prices etc...
