Been registered for a day or so so I thought I'd make myself known:). Last car was a Vauxhall corsa- http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/viewthre...5334&page=7

But got bored of that and it's unreliablity so swapped it for this :).

Got bored today so started and finished my semi smooth boot,

Welded, filled, prepped and primed

Only bad thing about it is a slight petrol tank leak, Easy enough to fix.

Plans are to just tidy it up abit really, semi smooth boot, new interior, lower, new wheels as I despise the deep dish borbets that are on it (for sale if anyone wants them). And de-roll the arches as some gook has diy'd rolled them and left it to rust :lol:.

Couple of goodies were on it such as pressed plates (legal ones) and new power flow exhaust :D

Will get some better pics up soon as they are not the best haha.

Also looking for some diff wheels that go well with vw's if anyone has any:)

Cheers buddy :D. I'll bare that in mind but want to lower it a tad more before I want a splitter :)

I pm'd you about the wheels. It looks really smart did you use a spray gun to paint the boot?

My mk3 gt was an absolute beaut and had no probs with mine and owned it for Year so mayb treat it ryt mayte and it will be a lil winner

Small update:

Got a set of teardrops a couple weeks ago. Wernt in the best condition I must say! unset paint on all 4, looked like they painted them with tar tbh.

No pics of how they were but;
