hi all I'm after a mechanic to fit a 1.9 standard diesel polo I've got into a type 25 vw transporter for as little as possible I'm willing to help at wknds and need to be local to oldham area its a watercooled van with rad an pipes already there but is running a 1.6 aircooled pancake engine so doesnt move hence want the torque and easy motoring from my polo engine as dont wanna scrap the engine any help please reply or call 07876031652 even if its just someone you know who does them cheers carl

u may get a better reply in the non club sections mate. I'm not too far away in burnley but have no experience fitting a TDI engine. i tried in my jetta but i didnt have the cash for lots of parts so i sacked it off and went for a petrol which i had parts for. if you do have the parts ready i can give a helping hand.
