Have got my little Polo valver which I think it may be time to get rid of...

Have had the car for 3 years but it has been on and off the road for the past 1 and a half. The body is on 90k and the engine 70k, although the reason it first went off the road is due to the current lump running on only 2.5 cylinders. I replaced the engine a couple of years back after getting stuck in flash-floods and I have a feeling it now needs another new heart!

Would rather see it go as a whole for 300 quid as the shell is pretty good and would make a good starting point for an engine swap project. It still drives although has obviously not moved in a while...

Gearbox was always okay up until I stopped using her

Nice 14" 4x100 G60 steel lookalikes. Made by VW and with four good tyres

Interior is tidy, usual bolster wear on drivers side seat but rest of the areas and trim are all intact

All arches were professionally rolled and the rears flared. Had a wide set of BBS (8.5", et0 at the back) and they were fine without people in the rear

Very little, if no rust that I have seen. Under the arches is all good- slight paint cracking on one of the rear arches from the flare

Bumpers are in good nick- few stone chips n marks but prime for a respray

Bad points

Engine needs work- either the headgasket or something a little more serious, I haven't been using the car or had time to get it looked into

Bodywork has a few dings- standard shopping trolley crease in drivers door and a little one that could be popped out of the n/s wing, stone chips in bonnet

Exhaust from the cat back is pretty loose from speed bump run ins

On coilovers that haven't been raised/lowered in a while or greased- could always take em off and have a look though if someone wanted a cheap set

As I said, I'd rather see it go as a whole but if nothing happens within the week I'll start taking it apart.

Bought some other day but seized to fuck so just cutting my losses :/

how she stands at the moment:

front bumper is missing lower side grilles, towing eye and the splitter will be coming off as well...

the mark on the rear bumper is a scratch not a crack

not sure how much for the coilovers mate- will have to see how they look when i get em off sorry!
