where is the cheapest and best place to buy 165 50 or 45 r15 tyres so i can stretch them onto my 15x7 bbs rs reps??

Had a quick search and this is the cheapest I could find.

Don't do it mate! The worst tyres I've had! Bought 2 for the MOT just to get me through and though I'd use them. No grip in the wet whatsoever, horribly squeally in the dry, and the snow!

My local garage is charging £59 for the potenzas so £47 is bang on in my eyes!
