When i bought the polo, the winder was missing, looked like this

It is square on the end.

I bought a replacement winder of ebay, looks like this inside but I cant get it to fit the square.

Perhaps I'm missing a part. The bit shown at 0.28 on this video

But cant find that part anywhere. Help please
