The adaptor bolts to the hub (4x100,there sank into the adaptor!) then tjers 5 bolt holes on the face of the adaptor for the 5x100 fitment wheels and theres one bolt that goes all the way through! I've audi pepperpots on my mk2 golf.the golf is 4x100 and the audis are 5x100. hope that helps
