does anyone know where i can find either the glow plug fuse or relay on my car as the damn thing wont start I'm thinking it could be one of those

It depends what model it is, but glow plugs don't last for ever. It is worth checking if you have power to the glow plugs, if you do have, then you need new glow plugs.

As said. May be duff glow plugs. You can check for power with a test light or multi meter. Just put one side to chassies and probe the connector on each glow plug.

Also, was the tank run empty? If so them could be air in the system an would have to be bled.
