Just lay a sheet of paper over the inlet face and wipe a crayon over it.

^^ i prefer to use oily fingers instead of crayons makes me feel more manly.

that was my plan for today then cut it out of thin sheet metal and perfect it Cheers guys!!

hell yeah, i paid £25 including postage for my afh one and its lovely! the finish is superb!

For anyone that wants it though:

adam is it you that sent me that drawing originally?

Either way i used that drawing to get mine made, emailed it to lasercutters and they cut it and sent it to me for £15.

i did however port the head and manifold to make the 'ace of clubs' port shape to be more triangular.
