I have had no dealings with 9Ns' but wouldn't have thought that the heater motor required a relay.

Could you not just check with a multi-meter or even a test lamp to see where power gets to in the heater circuit, for example, is there power to the speed control resistor? If not, just rig up a temporary supply to it and see if the blower then works. If it does, then you could work backwards with you temporary supply until you find the place where it doesn't work from.

Regards.

I would check all the fuses buddy.

The 9ns have there fuse panels backwards, so fuse 36 could be, say fuse 15. Best to use a test light and probe evey fuse. Or remove one by one and see if they are blown.

Also, may sound silly, but have you spilt any drink from the cup holder onto the heater dials? As said sounds silly but has happened to mine and a friends 9n so I don't se it being that rare.
