Nice Golf mate and thanks for the offer but my ONLY reason for selling / swapping is i really need a 5 door as I'm struggling getting the kids in the back of the coupe . I bought the car as i sold my breadvan and needed something to get me to work and back, this came up locally and liked it alot (the only reason i sold my breadvan was to get a 5 door but the polo i wanted & put a deposit on, the sale didnt happen from being messed about with the seller! I was going to keep this but i have to be sensible and get a 'family' car lol

I have just had the manifold bolts replaced as needed a new gasket and 3 bolts snapped off, new heater resistor, new ignition pack. Runs sweet as a nut, dosnt overheat and tickover is 100% , should fly through next mot.

I'm really not bothered if i sell it or not so no silly offers please

Hey there, for swap i have my 5 door 6n 1.4 8v polo :-)

Just had a new exhaust and clutch cable last week just been mot'd and has tax til feb 2012

has 97k on the clock

Minor issue throttle body makes car jump (sometimes)

P.s : Also i have some 15" BBS's on it instead of the wheels on pictures! :-D

Would have to deal locally as I'm a full time dad with not alot of spare time , anyone is more than welcome to inspect the car. its kept in my double garage so you can spend as much time as you like with it, will get some more pictures up once it stops raining, pics come out too dark in my garage. Its very clean and tidy, not perfect but far from a shed.

i have a 1989 mk2 golf 5 door, 1.6 cl 4+E( 5 speed) with a webber carb, no tax but mot until february, in ipswich tho ???

Not lowered any more tho, its on standard suspension

does have some minor issues but nothing that affects its driving

hey man i just realised where you're based haha, i don't mind the drive just don't know when i could make it down......:(

But it's a 1.4 8v 98k on the clock 5 months MOT and TAX, electric windows on the front central locking cobra alarm runs sweet slight little crunch from starter when first started up, just getting the rear brakes done on weds....

the only problem i see is when i can get a chance to come down you know how it is with kids lol?? (love em though :)) sorry man
