So recently I've been watching wheeler dealers on discovery turbo. It's quite good, the mechanic takes you through some basics and is standable to watch. However the black haired bloke who buys the cars makes me rage so bad!

He goes to look at a car, he rags the shit out of it, normally In a car park and then sits on it and rubs all his hands over it. All fine if it's a wreck but when he goes

To sell it after a apparent 2k paint job and he does the same.

do love this show have lost hours to it. but if that guy come to buy a car off me and tryd to "bid me" like that (dont mind haggling but he takes the piss with his patronising) he would be leaving with a limp and a adjustable hanging out of his body.love the mk1 golf and the audi quatro episodes. eds a legend haha

Ed seems like a good bloke and seems to know a fair amount, mike on the other hand doesn't know shit. I love the episode where he gets ripped off in a deal with some bbs splits and walks away telling the camera about how good a deal he got, if he only knew the truth

Still a really good show and as well as being entertaining and at times educational its also helping save a few classics along the way

It's a good show but it wouldn't surprise me if the cars were already bought before Mike went to see them for a different amount than Mike supposedly pays. I've also heard that the people they 'sell' the cars too are just people who work on the show and they actually get sold off elsewhere off camera, again it wouldn't surprise me if that was a different price also.

Edd China needs his own show for sure.

Hes an absolute idiot! Annoys me so much just listening to the shite he says. Are you on about when he gets that Benz from Germany and sells the BBS off them for 60 quid haha. But tbh the cars they do sell are fairly reasonable priced which is why they probably are sold after the show for a lot more. The funniest is when he some headlights for £500!!!!!

yeah that was the mk1 golf . the guy who sells it is a pussy needs to lean to speak up. and yeah here would have been a good start for em he gets em at a ok price but its just how much of a big deal he makes about a company still in production and not to hard to get hold of

Mk1 gti campaign p slots are rare, they are hard to get hold of and don't expect to be paying no 80 or what ever price your thinking you can get them for on here for. I put a set on the mk1 owners club for 140 just to test the water and within the hour some one had agreed to collect them the next day and didn't even attempt to knock me down, and that was 3 or so years back now.

Don't confuse them with the very common and cheap to pick up mk2 campaign p slots... I guess mike does know more than some people

I thought there were 2 versions of the P slots.. one set where the Pslots that were from the Campaign mk1 Golf which are quite rare and the regular PSlots which came on the mk2 golfs which are very common. As this Mk1 was the Campaign it could be referring to the rarer set.

Wheeler Dealers is ok for what it is... some entertainment and you see some interesting stuff but thats it :)

Edit: He also built a skip car, a boat car and a shed car if I'm not mistaken. Clarkson drove them round and raced them against eachover on one of his old videos well over 10 years ago now

Ed china is an absolute hero although mike brewer's cheesy lines crack me up he is absolutely useless!

But he's pretty consistent and making a loss (y)

mike brewer may come across as a plank at times but he does know a thing or two about making motors look better. ed china is a legend, and full credit to him for making old wrecks run again ,and being educational as he does it. the early p slots are very hard to come by and have a price with them that reflects how rare they are. the show has done a great many cars now and the t25 they did was great, as it showed restos dont have to be huge money to look good. there most recent series where they went to america was good. I've enjoyed learning about various things that i didnt previously know to look for in cars and mike brewer will tell you about them so you dont make the same mistakes

Love this show . Do think mike is a bit of a dick tho lol . Ed is a top bloke seems to have a clue what to do .

haha, mike is so irritating but it can be funny sometimes, anyone see the advert that was being screened a few months back with mike laying naked in a bunch of petals? hahahahahah... i cant find it on youtube though, maybe i dreamt it

it was to advertise the american series they bought alot of american cars brought them back to the uk registered them and did them up

The best part about the show is that you can make £200 profit on a car you just fronted 3k for... So £200 profit for SOOOO MUCH WORK... I think ill save myself 60 hours labour... :')
