Anyone else find as soon as they have time off work etc, you become slightly nocturnal?

I'm still wide awake & Tuesday morn I gotta be up at 5.30 for work , i may aswel not go to bed lol.

Have a wank?

Have a kitkat?

Nope, when I have time off work, i'm glad for the chance to not be nocturnal!

That said, I think i've had more sleep over xmas than I have the rest of the year.

As soon as I have time off my sleep patterns swap from the usual Midnight till 7:30am to 2/3am till 10:30am but thats probably because you tend to go out a lot more

my sleep patterns were the best - bed at midnight / 1am - sleep at 5am, wake up at 2:30pm

But i'm back to work now so getting up at 7:45 - comes as quite a shock to the system when you're used to sleeping in all day!

Story of my life since I left college like six months ago. I didn't sleep last night at all so I will go to sleep at a reasonable time tonight, regretting that massively now.

I was contemplating that but I've done it once before and it fucked me up for about 3 days afterwards so i decided against it

I find that lately i'm sleeping at say 2am instead of midnight and still waking up at the same time. it's really getting to me now.

Last week+ I've been up till 6 and emerging from my room around 2pm, guess this happens when you have no specific reason to be up during the morning, gonna get a bit of a shock when my 9am labs start

Wish I could have done that when I was at uni... well, to be truthful I did it for about a week and got bored so got a job working nights driving a forklift and did my degree in the day  .

I'm dreading this coming Monday as I start the next ten weeks of 9-7 working, if anyone ever tells me students don't do any work they're getting a slap...

3 14/15 hour days later, I'm feeling far more back on form.

Sleep is for wimps.

Sleep is good.

I've developed a new regime. I wake at 530-6am. Work from 730-330. Get home, sleep from 5-11. Doss about for 4 hours. Sleep from 3-530/6am. its fucking horrid!

I need to stop going to bed at like 3am
