Low 6n / 6n2 pulled over by cops in southampton

was walking to work on the 28th about 4pm and there was a 6n/6n2 which had been pulled over by police. was just down from the KFC in the city centre.

Was black or dark blue (was dark couldn't see very well) smoothed and low and didnt have a reg plate on the front.

anyone on here? if so, was the plate the reason for being pulled over or something else?
