It was on mk2 golf steels originally but here is the stance 40/40 down on them:

Then i managed to get my hands on these:

I think they originally came as an optional extra with E30's as they are 6.5j et30, not seen many around in this size! Then i managed to get some 185/50 tyres from Starry on here and put them on today

Was a hassle getting to put them on as 6.5j Ra's have built in spacers so i need to get some 32mm wheel bolts but they look really good on!

Plus i while ago i picked up these:

Astra gsi 256mm calipers and carriers. I have a box full of all the parts required for the conversion i just need to clean them up and get a sheared bolt drilled out of one of the carriers, and change the master cylinder to a 22.2m i picked up

Don't have too many plans apart from the brake conversion, but hope you like it!

also all the pictures aren't great quality as they are taken on my phone, but possibly some better ones soon

How did you go about that front bumper? Is that paint or cleaner/polish?

I just put a set of 6.5x14 ET30 BBS wheels on my car. Like yours, they fit well!

just used some left over turtle wax stuff i had, but it faded really quickly as someone has tried to smooth the bumper at one point, so i need to get a new one! i even used this bumper dye stuff but still didn't work!

but yeah the 6.5j ones look really good, fill the arches much more than 5.5j g40 ones do

New pictures since i got it back on the road after being on my drive for a year.

Gave it a clean, new bumper (as the old one had been slightly smoothed)

New bonnet with no marks on.

Corrado seats in.

256mm discs, Astra Gsi Calipers, 22.2mm master cylinder

New thermostat housing and coolant, new oil and filter

Cheers man, its all going well apart from a couple of niggling problems, but they are slowly being dealt with!
