I'm looking into getting a polo gti. Currently drive a 1.4 SE.

My current insurance company, gsi, accepts ncb earnt on a provisional so in august ill have 3 years ncb including one earnt when I was learning to drive. But with most ill only have two years ncb....

Thing is I dont think gsi will be very "gti friendly". (Asked for a quote but not heard back yet).

Dies anyone know of any other insurance companies who count ncb earnt on a provisional? Had a look on google and had no luck finding out.

adrian flux accepted mine even when my previous didn't I just had to prove i did have provisional ncb.

I've never had a trouble with any companies and my no claims from my provisional, all they need is proof of NCB

might be worth noting flux are full on way cheaper to call than go online my quote dropped £400 with NO haggling. I was in the same situation as you with having 3 years NCB but only 2 on a full license and being 20 but my car has an extra 25 hp and a few more toys. if i took the extras off my policy it would be a three figure sum.
