The original 'euro' connectors on the old Polo were sliced off by a previous owner - can anyone tell me the colours for the speaker wiring, please? (ie what pair are front left, front right etc).

The original VW wiring is different!!

L/H Speakers are BLUE & BROWN/BLUE (original connector pins 5 & 6)

R/H Speakers are RED & BROWN/RED (original connector pins 3 & 4)

The feed goes direct to the dash tweeters and then the door speakers are paralled off these

12v battery supply RED

12v ignition supply BROWN/RED

12v illumination GREY/BLUE

Ground BROWN
