brought a polo van as my first car, i got about 9 months till i start driving so we got a polo van and we have some time to get it nice, its got low mileage and runs good. these are the pictures from the day i brought it , tell me what you think and any advise on wheels etc cheers

fixed a hole under the windscreen as it was cracked, had it repaired just need spraying now

I need one of these! He means it's not a 1043cc (1.0) looks like a GT or NZ, either way got yoself a nice 1.3 mpi van there!

Sounds like a bonus, could do with some more help to help identify what the egine is exactly ?

The log book says 1043cc, and the dealer who sold it me also told me it was.

looks like a mpi engine to me! you can see the red wire for the injectors

My brother had a mk3 polo last year and he said the injectors were a strange addition, he had the 1.3 coupe but we just put the engine differences down to it being a 1.0 and slightly older so didnt bat an eyelid at it

I personally havnt drove it yet as my dad drove it home and I'm not yet 17 so couldnt say anything about the performance.

Its a nz , brown sticker on the ecu i am sad

The ecu is bosch management, and it also has a5 speed box. The white(ish) container on the right is apparently a hydrogen fuel saver

I have heard that figure quoted before , i have a mk2 van wether it includes mk2 and mk2f I'm not sure , and they were all 1043 cc from the factory i think.

naa, the flooring the bulkhead is in good nick just takes away room and its not exactly a big van. have you lowerd yours? and if so by how much cheers

Not yet, soon hopefully. I'm thinking only 60/40. A good height but still kinda practical :-D
