Them pictures look good man, Nice paint work :) You should just have a massive sound system built in!

Looks good :) need to get the suspension legs cleaned and painted.

ever thought of smoothing round the side panels to make the sides look more one piece?

I'd love one of these to drop my engine into ;)

Smoothing the side panels would take away the originality and take some effort haha. Getting ne suspension soon lowering it . And would be nice to fit a big sound system in haha but I'm just going to mount the 17cm speakers in the back somewere... souldn't sound too bad 8-)

making a very nice job of it 8-) worth all the work.

lovely little van.

Better throttle response, and a little more power. Being a pre 1993 it doesnt need it anyway. Amazing the differnce not having it makes. I ran mine with a hollowed out cat. Thought it was a bit quick for a 1.0, until it failed the MOT on emissions as its a 93, so had to fit a new one, which made it slower :-(

  • Author

So if i was too remove it the carbon emissions wouldnt increase as its pre 93?

It would increase but it doesn't really matter (unless your a hippy).

  • Author

Haha ill look in to getting it removed. Need to get rid of that hanging exhaust dont know what the guy who had it before was thinking and ordering the springs soon

I've been able to get some pics of the interior now, g40 seats in they look tidy just need the door card to match if anybody has any or knows of any please let me know :) . in the back is mine and my dads handy work, what we have done is cut out plastic shapes to fit the rear and we carpeted them. The wheel wells inside have been carpeted and they have worked really well ... not bragging or nothing but they look professionally done  in the plastic panels we made wholes for the speakers to go in and we wired them to the stereo. they sound get also gathered a shot on how its standing atm. really want to get this lowerd and some new shoes on it . Cant wait! enjoy and feedback is welcome (negative or positive haha)
