That looks spotless. plus with yours being left hand drive you have a brake servo.. I'm used to being without, but i must admit I'm quite envious bring on some higher resolution pictures !

Looks nice that! I'm guessing thats a HK lump? The old solid lift head engines are meant to be very nippy for what they are, compared to their hydro head counterparts!

The car has the GK engine and i made some tweaks on the 2E3 carb (spring on the second stage because with this K&N filter beacuse there is no vacum enough to open it, venturis slightly opened and some rejeting), full Ta-technix 60/40 suspension, vented disks on the front and more little modds.

The car runs very good and is very quick! When it passes the 4000rpm.. comes a new life and the tacho goes crazy to the 6000rpm!

I have painted with schumacher red (from Fiat Stilo) and it looks very good.

Its a great car!

The colour doesn't look too far off Mars red which you could get the Mark2 in :-). It confused me for being Mars red anyway!

I´m new at these foruns but i have read alot of projects made with this car at various foruns, specialy from nederlands.

I have some projects for this mk2. I have some carbs to fit on it but i have tu study what is the best. 1st one nikki 21L from a nissan 1.6 16v or a second choice a set of dual keihin from a honda engine 1.4 16v.. but is only some ideas because i don´t want to modify too much.

I´m searching over the web for lower front strut braces and rear upper strut braces to improve chassi resistence and maybe get ones from fk-automotive because the price sounds good!

just thinking about lower profile tyres but the 175/50 are too expensive in portugal and i´m searching for some cheaper 165/55.

what about the "GT" side stripes from mk1 model? where can i get these?
