cut a coil off?

Going back to the subject...I had a set of lowered springs on my last polo, i bought em off a mate who had already cut a coil off and then before i put them on mine i cut a coil or 2 off.

it passed MOT's fine but like said above it was sitting on the bump stops (untill I took the bump stop off)

you're never gunna get big lows with springs, although I would argue that springs have a better ride than coilovers.

When I bought my latest polo I was gunna buy some lowered springs again but I ended up buying so fk coilovers instead.

i nearly bought a set of lowering spring caps , 75mm and 60mm springs and i saw drop spindles featured in PVW but I've never seen em for sale.

I've left a link to the parts, I'm interested if anyones ever used them (also interested in the dropped spindles)
