My stereo for my polo 6n2 works all good but its not remembring playback/settings, i know this will b a 12v wire but i cant figure out if I've got a wire connected in the wrong place or ther just isnt 1 at all? =\ anyone have any ideas?

I've heard of swapping the red + yellow wires around

On erixars same line, check that the Yellow wire has power going to it, its what keeps a little current to the cd player to store infomation iirc.

as said above, swapping red and yellow should sort it.
