Is there anywhere that sell any of the above replacement panels

Needs some help it started by whoever jacked it up and the sills have lifted alot and rust has got in the seem of the floorpan and sills both sides :( didn't think it was bad until I took the sound deadening of to put a plate on the floor just for mot, now I'm screwed

Think it's best to replace them all

I've never done a job this big, but I'm hoping just to remove all the bad fit new or repaired sill the part with the three rubber bungs in then replace or repair outer sill then fit that then fabricate a new floor and fit that last

The rust on the floorpan is on top of what apares to be the jacking point removing that might be a problem to

If anyone has done this give me tips or anything that would be appreciated

your best bet would be to either cut the required sections out of a scrapper, or make up your own repair sections.

Generally unless the sills are majorly wrotten (has it been off the road for a period until now?) i would have thought replacing the whole sill is too much work. You would need to brace the car properly etc if you did.

Umm take the floor from 86c! :) I hate people who jack on the sill with a trollly jack!!

you will need to grind it back till you get to good metal and see how much you need.. it might be that you will need a outer sill as well depending on the lip and you might have to re build the jacking plate. But if you are going and remove the inner and outer sill you need to make sure you brace the car otherwise it will sag/break in two :)

Yes bigtime was like it on my last one but no rust, the lip underneath just need bending back and one bit isn't there on the floor side so I'll just spot weld a angle plate with the floor on the inside and slide it through the seem if that makes sence? its not bad to be honest I'm just going to stitch the seam and weld angle all the way down on the inside welded to the inner sill to the floor

Just looked at yours and I didn't expect that, all the work and paint jobs sick :) it's my older brother

no way does that need a whole sill, you need a whole sill when you can put your arm through it!

Clean the areas with an angle grinder/flap disc, try and straighten the bottom lip, at worst cut some of the lip off, remake and weld on.

Is that a hole in the floor? If so cut a small square out, make a repair section insert and weld.

As for the dent maybe one of the dent pulling tools? Or depending how deep it is clean it up and a skim of filler.

After all that underbody seal etc and waxoil the inside, no one would ever know.

I'd agree with the fact that it just needs patch repairs rather than the whole lot replacing.

Just for reference if you need it...

It also has rust where yours does on the floor at the drivers side front, but the sill and the rest of the pan is good, hence me saving it.

It's only getting scrapped now as I've just cut out an even better one with zero rust.

Yes I'm only going to patch it up so I no longer need the floor off you cheers for your time getting the pictures though

I'm going to start cleaning and chopping Friday hopefully
