1984 golf driver

12 months mot and 4 months tax

full polo gt engine conversion ( tank sender, fuel pump,fuel lines, engine, 5 speed gearbox and ecu)

all the wiring uses standard vw connecters, so easy to remove or upgarde to g40 conversion

i have the history from the donor car aswell as history for the golf

it's had new plugs, leads, rota arm , dizzy car, fresh oil change (1000 miles ago) coolant changed

new ball joint

standard exhaust

brand new coilovers fitted in the summer with new top mounts and bushes

revolution rfx 15in wheel with nankang tyres (4mm plus tread on the tyres)

polo gt front seats, (drivers seat has a tear in the bolster)

i have original rear seat and polo rear seat

i also have a spare starter motor, alternater, rocker cover, sump and 1272 carb engine to go with it.

the shell is in good condition, rust on the front wings and front valence, some surface rust on rear wings.

no rust on the boot floor, spare wheel or scuttle.

all in all great car to either use as a cheap runaround (tax is 120ish per 12months , insurance £250 on classic policy)

or to use as a good solid base for further improvement

goes really well with the close ratio gt gearbox

i have used it as my daily for the last 4 months covering 100 miles a week. trouble free
