Hi everybody!

I have a couple questions

I think to make the big 3 upgrade but the box on the battery stop me. I need to know where all cables going?!

Where is the red and black going(i am sure they are not going to the alternator)

Is there anybody who have done the big 3 upgrade on hes 6n2 polo ?

The RED wire is from the alternator, you could remove the fusebox but it would have serious inplications on the general running of the car!! as the fuses are for :- Alternator ie Battey charging!!, Feed to main fusebox inside car!!, Radiator Fan/s !!, Aircon if fitted, ABS system, and if it's an oil burner the Glowplug system.

So whatever your "big 3" are I would work them around that fusebox!!

Tnx for your answer! But in the big 3 need to upgrade the Positive Alternator To Positive Battery,(is this red the positive wire)?

Red shOuld be the alternator black should go to fusebox and ignition circuit.

Best way is run a new cable to the alternator and leave those as are, same with the ground cable to the engine( if your running a new one )

Hi tnx for u answer. I found picture for the fuse box. When watching the picture the red is (Relay carrier) Black is (alternator). But now the question is where is going the bigger black wire from the + from the battery? Is to the alternator to?

Here is what i planning to do .. but i dont know if i show use fuse on some from the wires ?

By the "bigger black" wire do you mean figure 1 on the diagram? (s162) ? If so then yes this goes to the alternator, but as i said you could always leave that connected and run a new cable alongside it and connect to say figure 3 ( which is empty)

No there is another bigger black wire comming to the battery + from somewhere :S see on the picture above .

The "Big" wire will be going direct to the starter motor, the RED wire is direct from the alternator, to install the cut-out you will need to fit it in place of the solid link from the battery pos to the fusebox and unless you want to risk damage to the alternator the isolator needs to have a protection resistor that bleeds the power to earth when the isolator is tripped.
