so, the main thing, FULL 16v comversion for a mk2. can be put in a mk3 if you weld a brake servo pipe onto the manifold.

1.4 16v AFH engine, on around 100,000 miles. had cambelt done a year ago.

cbr600 carbs with 145 jets

mild steel tubular manifold

mk4 clutch + flywheel

mk4 starter motor

mk2 dizzy

facet fuel pump

bla bla bla (basically, everything you need)

engine could do with a new rocker cover gasket, as there is a tiny leak at the front. apart from that its ran pretty well since i put it in, and starts first time!!

want £500.

suspension :

front-jamex springs with 1+3/4 coils cut off, and bilstein shocks

rear -eilbach springs and koni red shocks

sits about 90-100mm down on front and about 70-80 on rear, and rides pretty well. not too hard on the front, rears are fairly stiff.

shell is pretty much rust free, so if you need to reshell yours this may be ideal (if you respray it i guess) £140

rear mk2 seats recovered with golf gti fabric - £20

Passenger side front wing - £20

Passenger door - £20

drivers door - £15 (bit that holds door open is broken)

front bumper is a bit bent on drivers side, sags downwards, not sure if its the actual bumper or where it attatches to the car (mate reversed into me)

rear is just average i think

passenger wing is alright, drivers is gone.

bonnet is bent from my mate

boot lid is pretty good, just needs a spray as i did a shitty quick job

can i take all the door card bits so everything like the winders, pockets, handles etc... and the corner bit that goes on the inside of the mirror and the window rubbers that run along the bottom of the glass, everything on the inside of the doors but not the doorcards basically as I'm putting mk2 cards in my mk3 but my mk2 cards are bare pm me if you want

yeah you can get green tinted glass. if your is an earlier one it may be clear

how much for the shell?

£200 for rolling shell with the suspension setup ect
