to be fair I'm running prada 2s atm and still have loads of tread left

Banded steels generally have the band put on the outside of the wheel, the golf steels are 5" wide iirc, so that's an extra 5" of poke added on to the outside of the rim. I can't even work out offsets but if I could it would be -somethingstupid

There is no way you are gonna get them under the arches without major arch work, adding more camber is just stupid, why would you want 10" wide wheels if only a few inch of tyre is touching the road? You'd be better off with wheels that actually fit.

Bolt on arches would be no good because you would still have standard arches hiding under them ready to rip the tyres apart the first time you try and lower so its sitting anywhere near nicely

Also what tyres do you plan on running on these? Being 14" your not gonna have a lot of choice

camber won't help lol

Camber will make your wheels smaller! Oh wait, no it wont.

On that page theres a pic of him driving down the motorway, hes running 10J on there, then read the rest of the thread and look at how much work he had to do to get the arches right

then good luck :p

there the wheels i tryed on no way are they fitting ill upload and pic later on

did you try camber shims though?

Oh. Well a standard wheel is like ET38 and so with another 4 inches added to make them 10J so IIRC youre offsets gonna be something along the lines of -63.6

Your definetly gonna need some huge arches.

Honestly these would be a pain in the arse, just buy wheels that fit unless you want to be making new arches, extending bumpers and replacing bearings and tyres regularly
