HELP, 6n2 boot handle removal?

Featured Replies

Hi everyone, need some help, recently got a replacement boot, as my old one was dented, now i have to swap the handles around with the lock, so far i have removed the plastic black cover and unscrewed the handle and I'm stuck from there as there's not enough room for the handle to come out...

Any help/advice much appreciated.

Thnaks, Vee

‒ Unclip boot lid/tailgate trim (handle is secured with one cross-head screw)

‒ Unclip pull rod -9-, lever out securing clip -2- and take lock cylinder out of grip -3-.

‒ Separate luggage compartment lighting connector and if necessary unclip central locking operating rod.

‒ Remove screws -8- and take handle from rear lid.
